Loyalty & Rewards Overview
The Loyalty & Rewards system helps you build long-term player relationships through points-based loyalty programs, tiered benefits, and cashback offers.
When a player redeems points or reaches a tier that grants a reward, the granted reward is applied to the player's balance, usually within a few seconds.

Accessing Loyalty Features
Loyalty is reached from the Promotions group in the sidebar via two separate top-level items, both available to operators with loyalty access:

Loyalty System Components
Programs
A program is the top-level loyalty configuration a brand runs to reward ongoing play. Each program defines:
- Program name and branding
- Points currency name
- Inactivity rules
- Overall program status
Tiers
Progression levels within a program:
- Entry requirements (lifetime points)
- Visual branding (icons, colors)
- Structured benefits (see below)
Tier benefits are structured configuration, not just a free-text description. A tier can carry: cashback percentage, withdrawal priority (standard / priority / vip), a withdrawal-limit multiplier, a point multiplier, dedicated support and exclusive-promotions flags, custom benefits, and assigned cashback templates. A tier can also grant one-time tier upgrade rewards automatically when a player first reaches it (bonus, freespin, freebet, cashback, or cash reward).
Rules
How players earn points:
- Activity types (bets, deposits, etc.)
- Points per unit of activity
- Daily/weekly caps
Rewards
What players can redeem points for. Reward types are:
- Bonus Credit - references a bonus template
- Free Spins - references a freespin template
- Freebet - references a freebet template
- Cashback - a cashback percentage reward
- Merchandise - a physical item
- Experience - a non-monetary experience reward
- Custom - operator-defined reward config
How It Works
- Player Joins - Automatically enrolled in loyalty program
- Activity - Player betting and deposits earn points
- Points Accumulate - Points add up over time
- Tier Progression - Lifetime points determine tier
- Benefits Apply - Higher tiers get better benefits
- Redemption - Players spend points on rewards
Cashback System
Cashback returns a share of a player's net losses over a set period, a retention incentive for high-value players. It is separate from points-based loyalty and driven by reusable Cashback Templates:
- Calculated on net losses
- Per-template cashback percentage
- Per-template calculation period (a value in hours or days)
- Per-currency minimum and maximum cashback amounts
- Grant type: paid as a Cash Reward or as a Bonus
- Automatic or manual (player-claimed) activation
Tiers can also assign cashback templates, so a template's rate can be applied as a tier benefit.

Best Practices
- Make tier progression achievable but meaningful
- Offer a variety of reward types
- Communicate point earning clearly to players
