Loyalty Programs
Loyalty Programs are comprehensive point-based systems that reward players for their activity. This guide covers managing programs, tiers, rules, and rewards.
Accessing Loyalty Programs
- Click Promotions > Loyalty in the sidebar (path
/loyalty) - The page shows a grid of program cards. Each card displays the program name, its points name, an Active/Inactive badge, a Manage button, and a Delete action.
- Click Create Program to add a program, or Manage on a card to open that program's workspace.
The Loyalty Programs page is a list of program cards. The Overview, Settings, Tiers, Point Rules, and Rewards tabs live inside a single program's workspace, which opens when you click Manage on a card (see below).

The Program Workspace
Clicking Manage opens the workspace for one program at /loyalty/{programId}/... with a tab bar:
| Tab | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Overview | Player distribution across tiers |
| Settings | Program name, branding, status, and inactivity settings |
| Tiers | Progression tiers and their benefits |
| Point Rules | How players earn points |
| Rewards | The points-redeemable rewards catalog |
Creating a Program
Create a program to run a point-based loyalty scheme that rewards players for their activity.
- Click Create Program
- Fill in the modal:
- Program Name (translatable)
- Short Description - brief text shown in cards and lists
- Full Description - detailed markdown description
- Points Name (Singular) and Points Name (Plural) - e.g. "Point" / "Points"
- Points Icon - emoji, Lucide icon, or uploaded image
- Desktop Banner, Mobile Banner, Widget Banner - image uploads
- Enable inactivity downgrade - when on, reveals an Inactivity Days field controlling how many days of inactivity trigger a tier downgrade
- Click Create
A program's status (active/inactive) is set in its Settings tab after the program is created.
Overview Tab
The Overview tab shows Player Distribution across the program's tiers: the total number of enrolled players plus, for each tier, the player count and its percentage of the total.

Tiers Tab
Tiers define progression levels within a loyalty program. Players advance through tiers based on lifetime points.

Tier Hierarchy
Tiers are ranked by minimum lifetime points required:
| Tier | Min Points | Example Benefits |
|---|---|---|
| Bronze | 0 | Base rewards, standard cashback |
| Silver | 1,000 | 5% bonus on rewards, priority support |
| Gold | 10,000 | 10% bonus, exclusive promotions |
| Platinum | 50,000 | 20% bonus, personal manager |
Creating a Tier
Create tiers so that players who earn more lifetime points unlock progressively better benefits (a higher points multiplier and level-up rewards).
- Open the program workspace and go to the Tiers tab
- Click Create Tier
- Fill in tier details:
- Code - Unique identifier (e.g., "GOLD")
- Name - Display name (translatable, e.g., "Gold Member")
- Min Points - minimum lifetime points required to reach the tier
- Tier Level - ordering level (rank) of the tier
- Tier Icon - emoji, Lucide icon, or uploaded image, plus a Color
- Benefits - structured benefits configuration (see below)
- Require manual claim - when on, tier upgrade rewards must be claimed by the player rather than granted automatically
- Click Create
Benefits are structured configuration. The tier form exposes two benefit settings: a Points Multiplier and one-time Level-Up (tier upgrade) rewards. To assign a cashback percentage, add a cashback-type Level-Up reward, which may carry an optional per-reward cashback-percentage override. See Loyalty Overview for the full benefit set.
Tier List
The tier table shows these columns:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Tier | Icon, name, and code |
| Level | Tier index |
| Min Points | Minimum lifetime points to reach the tier |
| Status | Active or Inactive |
| Actions | Edit or Delete |
Managing Tiers
- Edit - Modify tier settings
- Delete - Remove a tier (players will be reassigned)
- Reorder - Tiers are ordered by their tier index / min points
Rules Tab
Rules define how players earn points through various activities.

Creating a Rule
Create a point rule to define which player activity earns points and at what rate.
- In the program workspace, open the Point Rules tab
- Click Create Rule
- Configure the rule:
- Name - Rule name (e.g., "Slot Betting Points")
- Activity Type - What triggers points:
- Wagering
- Deposit
- Login
- Referral
- Profile Completion
- Points Per Unit - Points earned per unit of activity, configured per currency (points per unit amount for each currency)
- Max Points Per Day - Daily earning cap (optional)
- Active - Enable or disable rule
- Click Create
For Wagering rules you can also set a bonus-wagering mode that controls whether bonus bets count toward points: include all bets, cash bets only, or exclude bet-funded wagering. The rules table shows a Cash only or No bonus badge next to the activity type when either mode is active.
Rule Examples
| Rule | Activity | Points | Max/Day |
|---|---|---|---|
| Slot Betting | Wagering | 1 per 10 (per currency) | 500 |
| Deposits | Deposit | 10 per deposit | 50 |
| Daily Login | Login | 5 per login | 5 |
| Referral | Referral | 100 per referral | — |

- Redeemed (shown as redeemed / total available when an inventory limit is set)
- Status (Active or Inactive)
- Edit and Delete actions
Points Calculation Example
Player Activity:
- Wagered €500 on slots (1 pt/€10 = 50 points)
- Wagered €200 on table games (1 pt/€20 = 10 points)
- Made 2 deposits (10 pts each = 20 points)
- Logged in 7 days (5 pts each = 35 points)
Total Points Earned: 115 points
Tier Progression
Players progress through tiers based on lifetime points (total ever earned, not current balance):
- Player earns 1,500 lifetime points
- Player qualifies for Silver tier (min 1,000 points)
- Player spends 500 points on rewards
- Current balance: 1,000 points
- Player remains Silver (lifetime still 1,500)
Best Practices
- Set tier thresholds that encourage engagement
- Offer diverse reward options
- Balance point earning rates with reward costs
- Review redemption patterns regularly
- Communicate tier benefits clearly to players
- Consider time-limited bonus point events
