Reports & Analytics Overview

The Reports section is a suite of distinct report pages that give you visibility into revenue, players, payments, retention, affiliates, referrals, and game performance. Select a report from the Reports sub-menu in the sidebar; every report is scoped to the currently selected brand and to a date range you control.

The Reports Overview page: pinned gross gaming revenue, net gaming revenue, deposits, and active-player metric cards above a daily revenue trend chart and revenue-by-country and revenue-by-provider breakdowns

The Reports Suite

The Reports sidebar group contains these report pages, each with its own metrics and layout.

A Key Performance Indicator (KPI) is a metric used to assess performance against an objective. Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR) is total bets minus total wins before bonus costs. On the Overview report, Net Gaming Revenue (NGR) is real-money GGR plus confiscations, minus manual top-ups and bonus cost.

A First-Time Deposit (FTD) is a Player's first successful deposit. Return To Player (RTP) is the percentage of stakes paid back to Players as winnings over the selected period. Average Revenue Per Paying User (ARPPU) is revenue divided by the number of paying Players.

Date Range Selection

Most reports share a date-range picker in the page header. Presets available:

  • Last 12 Months (the widest range)
  • Today (the default when you open Reports)
  • Yesterday
  • This Week
  • Last Week
  • This Month
  • Last Month

You can also pick a custom start and end date. The picker applies as soon as you make a selection, so you can compare periods in a couple of clicks. Use the Refresh button in the header to re-query the current range.

The Executive report is the exception: it uses an As-Of date picker (see the Executive section below). The Affiliates report has its own date picker on each tab (see the Affiliates section below).

Overview Report

Opening Reports lands here. The header carries the date-range picker, an All Countries multi-select filter, an All Sources multi-select filter, a Customize metrics toggle, a CSV export button, and Refresh. Selected filters appear as removable chips with a Clear all action, so you can see and adjust exactly which countries and sources are in scope.

Pinned KPI cards

Four KPI cards are always shown and stay in place:

KPI cardMeaning
RM GGRReal-Money Gross Gaming Revenue — cash bets minus cash wins, excluding bonus play
NGRNet Gaming Revenue
DepositsTotal deposited in the period
Active PlayersPlayers who placed at least one real-money bet in the period

Customizable metric tiles

Below the pinned cards is a grid of additional metric tiles you can tailor. The default set adds:

TileMeaning
Hold %Real-Money Gross Gaming Revenue as a share of turnover
Bonus / GGR %Bonus cost divided by Real-Money Gross Gaming Revenue
WithdrawalsTotal withdrawn in the period
New FTDsNumber of players whose first-ever deposit fell in the period

Use Customize metrics to add or remove tiles from a large catalog grouped as revenue, cashflow, players, gaming, and risk — for example Corrected Gross Gaming Revenue (CGGR), Total Gross Gaming Revenue, Payout % based on Return To Player (RTP), Bonus Cost, Net Deposits, Average Deposit, Depositors, Registrations, First-Time Deposit (FTD) Volume, Conversion %, Average Revenue Per User (ARPU), Average Revenue Per Paying User (ARPPU), Bet and Win Amount, Cancel Rate %, Confiscations, and Manual Top-ups. Your chosen layout is saved per brand, so each brand keeps its own view. Each card shows a value, a sparkline, and a percent delta versus the previous period.

Revenue trend & breakdowns

Under the Revenue trend & breakdowns heading:

  • Daily Revenue Trend — a time-series chart plotting Gross Gaming Revenue and Net Gaming Revenue over the selected range, with a previous-period comparison line.
  • Revenue by Country — a horizontal bar chart; click a bar to add that country as a filter and narrow the whole report.
  • Revenue by Provider — a horizontal bar chart.

All monetary figures are shown in the operator's reporting currency, which can differ from a brand's default currency, as formatted currency. When amounts span multiple currencies and conversion rates are unavailable, a notice warns that totals may mix currencies.

Executive Report

The page is titled Executive Summary. Instead of a date range it uses an As-Of date picker (defaulting to yesterday, UTC), and reports month-to-date figures compared against the same period last month (SPLM) — a quick period-over-period snapshot for a leadership review.

The KPI cards, each with a sparkline and a "vs same period last month" delta, are:

CardMeaning
NRCNew registered customers
FTDsFirst-time depositors
ActivesActive players
DepositsTotal deposits
Net DepositsDeposits minus withdrawals
BetsTotal bet amount
TTL GGRTotal Gross Gaming Revenue
Bonus CostCost of bonuses granted
NGRNet Gaming Revenue
AVG NGRAverage NGR

Below the cards, three drill-down sections — Acquisitions, Cashiers, and Gaming Activities — each render a trend chart plus a details table, with a Daily / Weekly / Monthly toggle. The Executive report also has Country and Source filters and a CSV export.

Payments Report

The Payments page has two tabs:

Deposits (Deposit Success Ratio)

A Second-Time Deposit (STD) is a Player's second successful deposit; the Payments report's STD+ grouping includes that deposit and every later deposit.

Success-ratio KPIs measured per transaction and per player, plus FTD and STD+ breakdowns, and Completed / Failed status metric cards (total amount, count, amount per transaction, count per player, amount per player). Filter by payment method and currency; group by hour, day, week, or month. A time-series shows attempts, success/fail/pending counts, and success ratio over time — helping you spot deposit-processing issues early.

Withdrawals (Withdrawal Dashboard)

Average processing times (request→complete, to approve/reject, to complete, to cancel-by-player), withdrawal-to-deposit and cancel-by-player ratios, and Completed / Rejected / Failed breakdowns. Filter by payment method.

Retention Report (Cohort Retention)

Retention is a cohort heatmap. Rows are First-Time Deposit (FTD) cohorts — players grouped by the date of their first deposit — and columns are D1, D7, D14, D30, D60, D90 retention percentages, colour-banded from low to high. Each cell shows the retained percentage and the retained player count, so you can read player value over time at a glance.

Controls:

  • Cohort grouping — Daily / Weekly / Monthly (Daily is limited to ranges of 90 days or fewer; Weekly is the default).
  • Affiliate filter and Registration Form filter.

Affiliates Report

The Affiliates page shows what each partner brings in and whether the Players you paid for earn the cost back. It has two tabs: Performance (activity in a period) and Payback (an FTD cohort followed from its first deposit). Refresh in the header re-queries the report. Each tab keeps its own dates and filters while you switch between tabs; changing brand or reloading the page clears them. Bookmarks to the former Affiliate LTV & Payback page open the Payback tab.

Performance tab

The Activity date picker (last 30 days by default) sets the period: clicks, registrations, first deposits, deposits, GGR and commissions are counted when they happened inside it. The All Affiliates filter narrows the tab to the affiliates you pick. There is no Organic choice, because this tab covers only Players attributed to an affiliate. A badge shows the brand's reporting currency, which all amounts use.

Five KPI tiles each show a change against the previous period of the same length:

TileWhat it countsNote under the value
Unique clicksUnique clicks on affiliate tracking links—
RegistrationsPlayers attributed to an affiliate who registered in the periodRegistrations as a share of clicks
FTDsPlayers whose first deposit falls in the period, whenever they registeredShare of registrations that have deposited
DepositsDeposits made in the period by all Players attributed to an affiliate, whenever they registeredGGR for the same period
CommissionPending, approved and paid commissions created in the period; cancelled and charged-back ones are left outThe part still pending approval. A rise counts as a cost, not a gain

Below the tiles:

  • Conversion funnel — Unique clicks, then Registrations, then Of those, deposited, with the Click → Reg and Reg → Deposited rates between them. The last step counts Players who registered in the period and have made a first deposit at any time up to now, so it cannot exceed 100% and can still grow for a past period. A rate reads a dash when registrations outnumber unique clicks, because a click before the period can register inside it and untracked registrations have no click.
  • Commission by status — bars for Paid, Approved and Pending commissions created in the period, a split by type (FTD CPA, revshare, registration CPA) and the Cancelled amount, which includes charged-back commissions and is not part of the bars.
  • Performance breakdown — a table with a By affiliate | By landing page toggle. By affiliate lists every affiliate with activity in the period: Clicks, Regs, Click→Reg, FTDs, Reg→FTD, Deposits, GGR, Commission and a Status bar of paid, approved and pending commission. Deposits, GGR and Commission are shown in a short form such as €1.23M; point at one to see the exact amount. It is paged 20 at a time and sortable by Regs, FTDs, Deposits, GGR (the default, highest first) or Commission. By landing page lists the top 50 landing pages by registrations, sortable by Clicks, Regs, FTDs or Deposits; GGR and commission cannot be split by landing page, so they are not shown.
  • Payback → — the button on each affiliate row opens the Payback tab with its Affiliate filter set to that affiliate. Payback keeps its own dates. An affiliate whose id is not a standard UUID, for example one imported from another platform, has no button because Payback cannot filter on it.

Payback tab

The Payback tab answers one question: for each acquisition source, how fast do the Players it brought in deposit back what you paid for them? It compares the deposits of a group of First-Time Depositors with the CPA commission paid for them, day by day.

Two date ranges

  • FTD cohort — the date picker in the toolbar (last 90 days by default, up to 366 days). It decides which Players are in the report: everyone whose first-ever deposit fell inside this range.
  • Activity period — All time or Custom, set in the + Sub ID / activity panel. It decides which deposits count for those Players. All time counts everything they deposited from their first deposit until today. Custom opens a second date picker. Its start date cannot be later than the FTD cohort start, and its end date cannot be before its start date or before the FTD cohort start. It is separate from the Performance tab's Activity range.

Controls

The filters are in the toolbar; Group by, Cohort period and Day values sit above the Payback table.

ControlWhat it does
All Affiliates, All Countries, All LandingsMulti-select filters, up to 50 choices each. Organic in the Affiliate list means Players who did not come through an affiliate. All Landings filters by registration form
+ Sub ID / activityOpens more filters: Sub 1 to Sub 5, Landing URL, Source and the Activity period. A badge counts the ones in use
Landing URL, SourceMulti-select filters (Landing URL: up to 5 choices). Landing URL is the page the Player landed on and Source is the UTM source; both list the values seen on this brand's first depositors, most common first
Sub 1 to Sub 5Text boxes that keep only Players whose latest sub value contains the text you type. Capital letters do not matter, spaces at the start or end are ignored, and there are no wildcards. Up to 255 characters. Leave blank for no filter
Group byUp to three levels, each used once: Affiliate, Registration form, Landing URL, Country, Source, Sub 1 to Sub 5, or Cohort period. Each level you add shows as a chip with an X to remove it, and a + level list adds the next one from the dimensions not yet used; it disappears after the third level. Rows nest in the order of the chips
Cohort periodDaily Dynamic (default) shows the day columns D0, D1, D7, D14 and D30. Daily Strict shows every day from D0 to D30. Weekly and Monthly keep the five default columns and only change how Players are bucketed when you group by Cohort period: by the week or month of their first deposit instead of the day. The payback curve always covers days 0 to 30
Day valuesCumulative or Per day, in € per FTD (the brand's currency symbol) or Payback %. Cumulative is the average deposited per FTD from D0 up to each day; Per day is the average between the previous column and this one (D14 covers days 8 to 14). Payback % is Cumulative only

Two chips on the right show the cost rule (Cost = FTD CPA, excl. cancelled) and the reporting currency.

KPI tiles

  • FTDs — Players in the selection, split into recorded CPA, unknown and organic (see below).
  • Cost to date (provisional) — CPA commission recorded so far for the recorded CPA FTDs, with the amount per recorded CPA FTD underneath.
  • Recorded CPA TTL Dep — the deposits of the recorded CPA FTDs: what Payback divides by Cost.
  • Payback to date (provisional) — see below. Underneath, its reading at D7 and D30; a day reads not yet until at least half of the recorded CPA FTDs have lived through it.
  • Break-even — the first day the cohort's deposits cover its Cost: Day N, Not by D30 (day 30 is reliable and Payback never reached 100%), Not yet (the cohort is too young to tell) or a dash (no Cost). Underneath, how many sources at the first Group by level had not broken even by day 7. Only sources with recorded Cost and a reliable day-7 reading are counted, and the Other row is left out; it reads a dash when no source qualifies, for example when the table is not grouped.

Payback curve and days to break-even

  • Payback curve — for each day since first deposit, the deposits of the recorded CPA FTDs up to that day divided by their Cost. Only FTDs old enough to have lived through the day count. It draws one line per source (the six with the most FTDs at the first Group by level) plus All for the whole cohort. Switch the axis between Payback % and € per CPA FTD. The dashed line at 100% is break-even. Faded points mean fewer than half of the recorded CPA FTDs have lived through that day. Sources with no recorded Cost are listed apart as not plotted.
  • Days to break-even — one bar per source, fastest first, running from D0 to D30. Green is by day 7, amber is day 8 to 30, red is not by D30 and grey is not yet. It lists the first 12 sources and says how many more are in the table. Sources with no recorded Cost are named below the bars.

Reading the table

The Payback table has the columns Group, FTDs, Recorded CPA FTDs, Cost to date (provisional), CPA/FTD (provisional), the day columns, TTL Dep, Payback to date (provisional) and Break-even. The first row, All FTDs, is the total. Point at a Recorded CPA FTDs cell to see how many of the row's other FTDs have CPA eligibility unknown and how many are Organic. Point at a Payback cell to see its Recorded CPA TTL Dep. Click the arrow on a group to open the groups nested under it. Groups are sorted by FTDs, highest first. The first level shows its top 25, and each group you open shows its top 10 sub-groups; whatever does not fit is folded into one Other row and a notice appears above the table. Cohort period groups are listed newest first. As the first level they are never folded; under another group, the 10 newest are shown and older periods go into Other.

Cell colour follows the Payback of the recorded CPA FTDs at that day: under 70% red, 70% to under 100% amber, 100% or more green. A day is coloured only once at least half of the recorded CPA FTDs have lived through it; until then the cell stays plain. A row with no recorded Cost has no Payback or break-even and is tagged no CPA.

If your choices make more than 5,000 group combinations, for example grouping by a sub that holds a click ID, the report shows only the totals: the KPI tiles and the All FTDs row, with a warning above them. Narrow the filters, or group by fewer or broader dimensions, to see the groups again.

When a group has no value, its row is labelled Organic (no affiliate), No form (no registration form), Unknown (no country on file), or (empty) (no landing URL, source or sub value).

Day columns and maturity

Day 0 is the day of a Player's first deposit, so D7 means seven days later. A Player counts toward a column only once that day has fully passed — the Player is then matured for that column. A Player who first deposited three days ago counts toward D0 and D1 but not yet toward D7. This keeps young groups from showing a misleadingly low figure: a column nobody has reached yet shows —. A value that only some of the group's Players have reached is shown dimmed; point at it to see how many have matured, for example Partial: 5/400 FTDs matured. Because fewer Players have reached each later column, the group being averaged changes from column to column, so the Cumulative average can fall. With a Custom Activity period, days count as passed only up to the end of that period, not up to today.

Cost, TTL Dep and Payback

  • Cost — the CPA commissions for a Player's first deposit that are pending, approved or paid. Registration CPA is not included, and cancelled or charged-back commissions are not counted. Only commissions recorded on or after the FTD cohort start count, both as Cost and toward the recorded CPA FTDs. The Activity period does not cut Cost, because it is what the group cost to acquire.
  • TTL Dep — every completed deposit by the group's Players inside the Activity period, with refunds not subtracted. Unlike the day columns, it includes Players who have not yet matured.
  • Recorded CPA FTDs — the Players with at least one such commission, whatever its amount: a commission of 0 still counts. Cost, CPA/FTD and Payback cover only these Players. An affiliate Player with no such commission (none yet, or only cancelled, charged-back or registration ones) has CPA eligibility unknown: they stay in FTDs, TTL Dep and the day columns, but are not counted as free acquisitions. A Player with neither an affiliate nor such a commission is Organic and is reported separately. A Player with such a commission but no affiliate on file still counts as a recorded CPA FTD, so the Organic row and the Organic filter can show a few.
  • Payback — Recorded CPA TTL Dep divided by Cost, as a percentage. 100% means the cost has been earned back. Deposits of Organic Players and of Players with CPA eligibility unknown never count toward it, even in a row that mixes them (the All FTDs row, or a country).
  • Provisional — Cost, CPA/FTD and Payback are figures to date for the CPA activity recorded so far, not for every Player that was paid for. A commission that has not reached the report yet leaves its Player with CPA eligibility unknown, and a pending commission can still be cancelled, so all three can change for a period you already looked at. The notice above the KPI tiles says so and shows how much of Cost is still pending; point at a Cost cell to see its pending part. A period never becomes final just because it is old.
  • — — no value. In a day column, nobody has matured for that day yet. In Payback, Cost to date is 0. The report never shows 0% or infinity for a zero Cost.

Amounts are in the brand's reporting currency. If some commissions are in another currency, a warning appears and Cost and Payback may be inaccurate.

Good to know

  • Test Players and manual top-ups by staff are excluded, as in the ARPPU report.
  • Country is the Player's current country.
  • Commissions cancelled or bulk-approved before the commission-status fix was released may still show as pending Cost until the platform team repairs the analytics data.
  • The Payback tab has no export.

Referral Performance Report

Downline (referred-player) acquisition, gaming revenue, and commission per referrer over the selected date range — a view of your referred-players program, distinct from the affiliate network.

Game Activity Report

Ranks games (with their provider) for the selected range, so you can see what is driving revenue. Sortable columns: bet count, total bets, total wins, Gross Gaming Revenue (default sort), Return To Player (RTP), and the real-money vs. bonus-money bet split. A Top 10 / 20 / 50 / 100 selector controls how many games are shown.

ARPPU (Deposits) Report

Average Revenue Per Paying User (ARPPU) by FTD cohort, based on deposit data. Choose a cohort period (Daily / Weekly / Monthly — Daily is limited to 90-day ranges) and a group-by dimension, and filter by affiliate. Results render as a cohort chart plus a cohort table in the operator's reporting currency.

Analysis Use Cases

Daily Operations

  • Check today's deposits, withdrawals, and active players on the Overview.
  • Watch the Payments success ratio for deposit-processing issues.

Weekly & Monthly Review

  • Use the Executive report's month-to-date-vs-same-period-last-month cards for a period-over-period snapshot.
  • Review Game Activity, the Affiliates Performance tab, and Referral Performance to see what is driving revenue.

Strategic Planning

  • Track cohort Retention and ARPPU to understand player value over time.
  • Use the Affiliates Payback tab to see how quickly each acquisition source repays its cost.

Metric Definitions

  • GGR — Gross Gaming Revenue (bets minus wins).
  • RM GGR — Real-Money Gross Gaming Revenue (cash bets minus cash wins, excluding bonus play).
  • NGR — Net Gaming Revenue (Corrected GGR minus bonus cost).
  • FTD — First-Time Deposit / first-time depositor.
  • STD / STD+ — Second-Time Deposit; the report groups the second and later deposits as STD+.
  • ARPU — Average Revenue Per User.
  • ARPPU — Average Revenue Per Paying User.
  • Active players — players who placed at least one real-money bet in the period.
  • RTP — Return To Player (game payout ratio).

Data Source & Freshness

Report figures reflect ingested analytics rather than live wallet state, so they can lag current activity by a short time. Use the Refresh button to re-query the latest figures for the selected range.

Best Practices

  • Review reports daily for operational awareness.
  • Compare similar periods (weekday to weekday, month to same period last month).
  • Investigate sudden changes immediately.
  • Confirm the selected brand and date range before drawing conclusions.
