Page Header
The Payments page header shows the page title Payments, the subtitle Monitor deposits and withdrawals, and an Export Report button in the top-right — use it to download transaction data for reporting and reconciliation. When there are withdrawals awaiting approval, a N Pending Approval count pill also appears next to the title; clicking it filters the list down to pending-approval withdrawals so you can action them quickly.

Below the header, the list provides a Search box (search by ID or email), a Type filter, and a status filter, plus an Advanced filters row with Reset and Apply controls to refine the view. The transaction table shows each transaction's type and ID, player, brand, and amount, with the shown range and a per-page selector at the bottom.
Transaction Types
The system tracks several transaction types:
- Deposit - Funds added to a player account via a payment method
- Withdrawal - Funds requested by a player to be sent to their payment method
- Credit Adjustment - A manual credit to a player's balance by an operator
- Confiscate - A manual debit adjustment removing funds from a player's balance
- Bonus Conversion - Bonus funds converted to real balance (shown in the per-player view)
The Type filter on the Payments page offers Deposit, Withdrawal, Credit Adj., and Confiscate; Bonus Conversion is available when viewing a single player's transactions.
Workflow
- Players initiate deposits or withdrawal requests
- Deposits are typically processed automatically
- Anti-Money Laundering (AML) controls are intended to prevent and detect money laundering. Withdrawals in Pending Approval require manual review; as part of AML and anti-fraud review, compare the withdrawal with the player's deposit history and verification status before approving
- Approved transactions are processed through the payment gateway
- All transactions are logged for auditing
