The Transactions page provides a comprehensive view of all financial activity on your platform, allowing you to monitor, filter, and manage deposits and withdrawals.

Accessing Transactions

Monitoring transactions is the starting point for spotting suspicious activity and resolving player payment queries.

  1. Click Payments in the sidebar navigation
  2. The transactions list displays with all recent transactions

Row Tools

Each row exposes a few tools:

  • Status History - A clock icon on every row opens a modal showing the transaction's status-change timeline (from/to status, what triggered the change, the actor, a reason, and the timestamp).
  • Notes - For operators with permission to view notes, the Note column shows the note count and opens a per-transaction notes modal.
  • Fraud - The optional (default-hidden) Fraud column flags transactions marked suspicious or confirmed by fraud review.
  • Copy buttons - Quick-copy buttons for the transaction ID, player email, and player ID.

The Status History dialog traces a transaction through each status change — what triggered it, who made it, an optional reason, and when it happened.

The per-transaction notes modal: a field to add a colour-coded note, above the note history for the transaction — each entry showing the note text, the operator, and the date.

Filtering Transactions

Basic filters (always shown):

  • Search - Search by transaction ID or player email (3+ characters)
  • Brand - Filter by a specific brand
  • Type - Deposit, Withdrawal, Credit Adj., or Confiscate
  • Status - A multi-select of transaction statuses (defaults to a subset that excludes Initialized, Expired, and Awaiting Details)

Advanced filters (expand the advanced section to use them):

First-Time Deposit (FTD) means a Player's first successful deposit. Second-Time Deposit (STD) means a Player's second successful deposit.

  • Date mode + range - Toggle between Created and Resolved, then pick a date-time range. Created uses when the player initiated the transaction; Resolved uses when it reached a terminal status.
  • Payment account ref - Search by payment account reference (3+ characters)
  • PSP - Filter by payment service provider
  • Payment Method - Filter by payment method
  • Currency - Filter by currency
  • Amount - Filter by a minimum and/or maximum amount
  • FTD / STD - Filter by first or subsequent transaction occurrence (deposits and withdrawals only)
  • Source - Gateway or Manual

Managing Withdrawals

The withdrawal action menu appears only for operators with withdrawal-approval permission, and only on withdrawals in Pending Approval status.

A rejected bank-transfer withdrawal request, showing the destination bank account, holder, amount, final status, and the operator's rejection reason.

Approving a Withdrawal

Anti-Money Laundering (AML) controls are intended to prevent and detect money laundering. For a withdrawal awaiting manual approval, compare the withdrawal with the player's deposit history and verification status as part of AML and anti-fraud review.

  1. Locate the withdrawal with Pending Approval status
  2. Click the ... (more) action menu in the row's actions column
  3. Choose Approve
  4. Confirm in the Approve Withdrawal dialog

The same menu also offers Reject and, for operators with risk/fraud-review permission, Risk Check.

Rejecting a Withdrawal

Recording a clear reason gives an auditable record of why the payout was declined.

  1. Locate the withdrawal with Pending Approval status
  2. Open the row's ... action menu and choose Reject
  3. Enter a rejection reason in the modal
  4. Click Reject Withdrawal to confirm
  5. The held withdrawal reservation is released back to the player's wallet, any pending gateway payout is cancelled, and the player is notified

Exporting Data

Exporting the filtered view supports reconciliation, audits, and regulatory reporting.

Click the Export Report button in the header to export the current view. Export runs as a background job using your active filters: the button shows Exporting... while it runs, and when the job finishes a CSV (comma-separated values) file (transactions-YYYY-MM-DD.csv) downloads automatically and a toast reports how many rows were exported.

Best Practices

  • Review pending withdrawals regularly to maintain player trust
  • Always provide clear rejection reasons when declining withdrawals
  • Monitor for unusual transaction patterns that may indicate fraud
  • Use filters to focus on specific transaction types during reviews
