Content Management Overview

The Content Management System (CMS) is where you manage everything players see on your casino website — the games they browse, the promotional visuals, the navigation, the static pages, and the multi-language text. All CMS content is brand-specific, so each brand keeps its own content library.

Where to Find It

Content-management tools live in the sidebar. Expand a group and select the section you want to work in:

  • Games group — the game Catalog.
  • Content group — Media Library, Banners, Carousels, Game Segments, Provider Lists, Card Lists, Pages, Menus, Translations, and the Sidebar Configurator.
  • Communications group — Registration Forms.

Content Sections

Most sections have their own guide; Provider Lists and Card Lists are covered further down this page. Use the one-line summary to find the right place to work.

Working Across Brands

Because content is brand-specific, always confirm the right brand is selected before you make changes:

  1. Select the target brand from the brand selector at the top of the page.
  2. Your changes apply only to the selected brand.
  3. Each brand maintains its own separate content library.

Creating and Editing Content

The sections follow the same basic pattern, so once you know one you know them all:

  1. Open the relevant section from the sidebar.
  2. Click Create or Add New to start a new item, or select an existing item to edit it.
  3. Fill in the fields, set the status, and save.

Content Status

Most sections use a simple Active / Inactive status that controls whether an item is live on the website — set an item Inactive to take it down without deleting it.

Banners add an optional scheduling window (Start and End dates) so a time-limited promotion runs and stops automatically without switching it on and off by hand. See Banners for details.

Images

All images used across the CMS are uploaded and managed in the Media Library. Uploads support the standard web image formats (JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF, and SVG) and are processed into multiple size variants automatically, so each part of the site is served an appropriately sized image and loads quickly for players.

Provider Lists

A provider list groups game studios so players can browse the catalogue by provider — for example a "Top Studios" strip along the top of the lobby.

  1. Open Content → Provider Lists in the sidebar.
  2. Click Create Provider List and give it a name and a URL key.
  3. Choose a display mode — Carousel scrolls sideways, Grid lays the providers out in rows.
  4. Select the providers to include. Leaving the selection empty includes all of the brand's providers, so the list keeps up with your catalogue on its own.
  5. Save. Set a list Inactive to take it off the site without deleting it.

The list page shows each provider list with its display mode, how many providers it selects, and its status.

Card Lists

A card list is a block of promotional cards — the campaigns, tournaments, rewards, or cashback offers players see on the site.

  1. Open Content → Card Lists in the sidebar.
  2. Click Add Card List and give it a name and a URL key.
  3. Choose a Content Type. Manual Cards lets you pick every card yourself; the automatic types — All Eligible Campaigns, All Eligible Tournaments, All Active Rewards, All Active Cashback — fill the list from what is currently live, so it stays current without further edits.
  4. Choose a display mode and set Max Cards to cap how many appear at once.
  5. Save.
