Games Management

The Games catalog gives your operator its own layer of settings over a shared master set of games. The games themselves are supplied by your game aggregators and kept up to date for you. In this section you configure how each game appears for your operator, its brands, and specific countries — the presentation and availability, not the game records themselves.

Summary cards above the list show the total number of games, how many are visible to the brand, and how many are hidden from it, so you can see the effect of your settings at a glance.

Viewing Games

  1. Expand the Games group in the sidebar and open Catalog.
  2. Browse or search the game list.
  3. Pick your level from the sidebar scope switcher and set the country Scope picker to choose what you are configuring.

View Levels

You choose which layer you are editing from the scope switcher in the sidebar:

LevelWhat it shows
Operator catalogYour operator-wide settings over the master games. Changes here apply to all brands under the operator.
Brand overridesPer-brand settings layered on top of the operator catalog. Changes affect only the selected brand.
SystemAvailable to super administrators. The platform-wide view of every game, with a single control to block or unblock a game across the platform.
note

When you edit at the Operator catalog level, a banner reminds you that the change applies to every brand under the operator. Switch to Brand overrides to scope a change to a single brand. At the brand level, a banner explains that the brand inherits the operator's catalog and that you can set a per-game override to opt out of or force-enable a game for that brand only.

Administrators who manage a single brand land directly on that brand's settings.

Scope Picker (Country)

At the top of the page is a Scope picker: Global (default) or a specific country. Use it to tailor availability to where each brand is licensed to operate.

  • Global drives per-game popularity Rank.
  • Selecting a country adds a Restriction column so you can block or unblock individual games in that country, alongside the Rank column.

The Scope picker appears on the operator and brand levels, where per-country configuration applies.

Game Settings

At the operator and brand levels you adjust settings for each game rather than changing the master record. Each game offers:

  • Enabled — toggle whether the game is available to players. Turning it on records a per-game setting for the current level; clearing it returns the game to the inherited default.
  • Rank — set per-country popularity ordering (drag to reorder when a country scope is selected) so your most important titles surface first.
  • Block / Unblock — restrict a game in a specific country to respect local licensing.
  • Visual overrides — replace the game's thumbnail image and tile background color to match your brand's look.
  • Tags — assign operator- or brand-scoped tags to a game to group titles for merchandising.

Reference details such as Return To Player (RTP) and Volatility are supplied by your aggregators and shown for information.

Game Information

Each game row surfaces:

FieldSource
Game (name + thumbnail)Supplied by your aggregator; thumbnail overridable per operator/brand
Game IDSupplied by your aggregator
TypeSupplied by your aggregator
ProviderSupplied by your aggregator
EnabledEditable per operator/brand
Rank (Global) / RestrictionEditable per operator/brand, per country
TagsEditable, operator- or brand-scoped

Game Types

Game types are supplied by your aggregators and shown in the Type filter. The set is:

  • Slots
  • Table Games
  • Live Casino
  • Crash Games
  • Fish Games
  • Video Poker
  • Instant Games
  • Sport
  • Other

Game Mappings

Each game can map to one or more aggregators, so the same game can be routed through different aggregators, in a priority order that decides which mapping is tried first. Open a game's mappings from its detail view.

Each mapping stores:

FieldDescription
AggregatorThe aggregator code the mapping targets
Aggregator Game IDThe game's identifier at that aggregator
PriorityRouting priority when multiple mappings exist
EnabledWhether the mapping is active

Add a mapping with the aggregator picker, or remove one from its row.

Tags and Audit Logging

The Manage Tags dialog, where you create, colour, and organise the operator- and brand-scoped tags used to group games for merchandising.

  • Games can carry tags, scoped to the operator or the brand. Use the Manage Tags button in the page header to manage the full tag set, or edit tags directly on a game's row.
  • Catalog changes — enable/disable, featured, block/unblock, and tag edits — are recorded in the audit log, including the game and provider names, so you have a full trail of who changed what.

Bulk Operations

Select games with the checkboxes, then apply an action to the whole selection to save time on large catalogs:

  • Block in country / Unblock in country — requires a country scope to be selected.
  • Assign / Remove tags — apply or remove operator/brand tags across the selection.

If a bulk block partially fails, the selection narrows to the games that failed so a retry targets only those.

Search and Filters

Search by game name, provider name, or game ID (three characters or more).

Filters

Above the list you can filter by Provider, Type, and Status, with more options under Advanced filters. The country Scope picker described above also narrows what you see.

Provider Sync

Games are populated from your game aggregators through a review-then-apply workflow, so no change reaches your catalog until you approve it. See the Syncing the Catalog section below.

Syncing the Catalog

  1. From the page header, click Sync.
  2. The Sync window opens with two tabs: a form to start a sync and a history view of past runs.
  3. Choose the aggregator and scope (operator or brand — pre-filled from the active level; the System level starts an operator-wide sync).
  4. The job prepares the proposed changes and moves to Awaiting Approval, showing how many games would be added, updated, or removed.
  5. Review the proposed changes and approve to apply them, or reject them. Nothing changes until you approve.

Sync jobs move through these statuses:

StatusMeaning
PendingQueued
PlanningPreparing the proposed changes
Awaiting ApprovalProposed changes ready for review
ApplyingApproved changes being applied
CompletedApplied successfully
FailedErrored
CancelledCancelled before applying
RejectedProposed changes rejected during review

Delisting a game through a sync is reversible, and every catalog refresh goes through this same reviewed workflow.
