Affiliate System Overview
The Affiliate System lets you manage marketing partnerships, track player referrals, and handle commission payments to your affiliate partners. It gives you a single place to grow acquisition through partners while keeping full visibility of what each partner delivers.
The Affiliates landing page shows headline counts (total, active, pending approval) and the full partner list, so you can see partnership health at a glance before opening any individual affiliate.
Terms Used on This Page
Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) is a fixed payment per qualifying Player. Revenue Share (RevShare) is an affiliate commission model based on a percentage of generated revenue. First-Time Deposit (FTD) means a Player's first successful deposit. Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR) is total bets minus total wins before bonus costs.

Accessing the Affiliate System
The Affiliate menu in the sidebar contains:

How It Works
- Affiliate Registration - Create affiliate accounts with unique tracking codes
- Link Generation - Affiliates use tracking links to refer players
- Player Attribution - The system tracks registrations and deposits from affiliate links so every referred player is credited to the partner who brought them
- Commission Calculation - Commissions are calculated based on plan rules
- Approval & Payment - Review and approve commissions for payout, giving you a control point before any money leaves the platform
Affiliate Statistics
The system tracks key performance metrics per partner, so you can compare partners and spot which ones convert:

Commission Types
CPA (Cost Per Acquisition)
- Fixed payment for each qualifying action (registration, FTD)
- Example: €50 for each first-time depositor
RevShare (Revenue Share)
- Percentage of the revenue generated by referred players
- Example: 25% of the Gross Gaming Revenue from referred players
Conversion Tracking (Postbacks & Scaleo)
Beyond internal commission tracking, the system can notify affiliate networks when tracked events happen, so partners can reconcile conversions in their own network:
- Postbacks — For each affiliate you configure a postback per event type: registration, FTD, deposit (2nd and later), withdrawal, manual withdrawal, and confiscation. When one of those events occurs, the system sends it to the affiliate network with the relevant attribution and transaction details filled in automatically. - Scaleo Pull — Instead of receiving pushed postbacks, the Scaleo network can pull an affiliate's attributed activity. You turn Scaleo pulling on per affiliate and set the access token Scaleo uses when it requests exports (Affiliate details → Settings tab).
