Commission Plans
Commission plans define how affiliates are paid for the players they refer. You can create several plans with different rate structures to reward different affiliate tiers or run promotional periods, then assign a plan to each affiliate.
Key terms
Define these once here; the rest of the page uses the short forms.
Revenue Share (RevShare) is an affiliate commission model based on a percentage of generated revenue. Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR) is total bets minus total wins before bonus costs. Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) is a fixed payment per qualifying Player. First-Time Deposit (FTD) means a Player's first successful deposit.

Scope
Plans are global to the operator: the list shows every plan available in the current operator context — the one from the logged-in user, or the operator selected in the sidebar for super-admins. A plan is not tied to a single brand, so any of the operator's affiliates can use it when generating tracking links.
Creating a commission plan
Why: a commission plan sets standardized payout terms, so a referred player's activity converts into affiliate earnings consistently across partners and campaigns.
- Click Create Plan.
- Fill in the plan details, then click Create Plan to save.
Basic information
- Plan Code — A URL-safe code (for example,
PREMIUM_PARTNER). It is used in tracking links as&plan=CODE. - Plan Name — A descriptive name (for example, "Premium Partner").
- Description — Optional details about the plan.
Commission rates
- RevShare % — The revenue-share percentage, from 0 to 100. It is applied to the GGR of the affiliate's referred players.
- Currency — The currency for the CPA payments. The selector offers the currencies configured for the operator's brands. When no currency is available, a warning is shown and Create Plan is disabled until at least one brand currency is configured.
- CPA Registration — The fixed payment for each referred player who registers.
- CPA First Deposit — The fixed payment for each referred player's first deposit.
A new plan is created Active and immediately available to assign. You can set a plan to Inactive later from the edit screen.
Commission types explained
Revenue Share (RevShare)
RevShare is calculated as a percentage of the GGR generated by referred players. GGR is their total bets minus their total wins — bonuses are not subtracted:
RevShare commission = GGR × RevShare % (GGR = bets − wins)
Example: at 25% RevShare, referred players who generate €1,000 in GGR earn the affiliate €250.
When referred players play in more than one currency, each currency's GGR is converted to the operator's default currency before the percentage is applied.
Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
CPA pays a fixed amount for a specific player action:
| Type | Trigger | Example |
|---|---|---|
| CPA Registration | A referred player creates an account | €10 per registration |
| CPA FTD | A referred player makes their first deposit | €50 per first-time deposit |
Hybrid plans
A plan can combine RevShare and CPA — set any of the three rates, and leave the others blank to skip them.
Example plan:
- 30% RevShare on GGR
- €10 CPA per registration
- €75 CPA per first-time deposit
Assigning plans to affiliates
Why: a plan must resolve for a referral to earn commission, so every earning affiliate needs a plan in effect.
A plan takes effect for an affiliate in one of two ways:
- As the affiliate's default plan — choose it when creating the affiliate, or update it later in the affiliate's settings.
- Per tracking link — include the plan's code in the tracking link as
&plan=CODE. When a link carries a plan code, that plan's rates apply for players from that link.
If a link carries no plan code, the affiliate's default plan applies. If neither resolves to an active plan, the link still tracks referrals but earns no commission until a plan is assigned.
Editing a plan
Why: adjust rates as a partner's performance or promotional terms change.
- Click Edit on the plan's row.
- Change the plan details, including the Active status.
- Click Save Changes.
Changes apply to every affiliate currently using that plan.
Deleting a plan
Why: retire a plan you no longer offer.
- Click Delete on the plan's row.
- Confirm in the dialog ("This action cannot be undone").
A plan can be deleted even while affiliates are assigned to it. Any affiliate whose default was the deleted plan then earns no commission until a new plan is assigned — reassign those affiliates before deleting a plan that is still in use.
Best practices
- Create tiered plans to reward high-performing affiliates.
- Use clear names (for example, "Bronze", "Silver", "Gold").
- Review plan performance regularly and adjust rates as needed.
- Restate each plan's terms in your affiliate agreements.
