Managing Affiliates
This guide covers how to create, view, and manage affiliate partner accounts. Affiliates are the marketing partners who refer players to your brand; managing them here keeps their referrals, status, and commissions tracked in one place.
Key Terms
Revenue Share (RevShare) is an affiliate commission model based on a percentage of generated revenue. Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) is a fixed payment per qualifying Player. First-Time Deposit (FTD) means a Player's first successful deposit. Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR) is total bets minus total wins before bonus costs.
| Term | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Revenue Share (RevShare) | A commission model that pays the affiliate a percentage of the revenue their referred players generate. |
| Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) | A commission model that pays the affiliate a fixed amount for each qualifying player. |
| First-Time Deposit (FTD) | A referred player's first successful deposit. |
| Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR) | Total bets minus total wins, before bonus costs. |

Managing Affiliate Status
Status changes are action buttons at the top of the affiliate details page, next to the status pill. Only the button relevant to the current status is shown: Approve for a Pending affiliate, Suspend for an Active one, and Reactivate for a Suspended one. The same quick actions appear inline on each row of the Partners list, so you can change status without opening the affiliate. Terminating an affiliate is a deliberate, separate action handled in the Settings tab (see Settings Tab).
Approving an Affiliate
Approval activates a Pending partner so their tracking links and commissions begin counting.
- Find the affiliate with Pending status
- Click View to open details (or use the Approve action directly on the list row)
- Review the affiliate information
- Click the Approve button at the top of the page
Suspending an Affiliate
Suspend temporarily halts an Active partner — for example while you investigate a fraud, compliance, or performance concern — without deleting their record.
- Open an Active affiliate's details
- Click the Suspend button at the top of the page
- Confirm the action
Reactivating an Affiliate
Reactivate restores a Suspended partner to Active once the reason for suspension is resolved.
- Open the Suspended affiliate's details
- Click the Reactivate button at the top of the page
Affiliate Details
Click on any affiliate to view their full details across six tabs:
Overview Tab
- Performance statistics (clicks, registrations, FTDs)
- Financial metrics (deposits, GGR, commissions)
- Conversion rates
- Commission Settings: default RevShare %, default CPA amount, Attribution Window (in days) and Attribution Model (First Touch or Last Touch), which control how referrals are attributed to this affiliate

Commissions Tab
- List of all commissions for this affiliate
- Approve or reject pending commissions
Players Tab
- List of players attributed to this affiliate
- Player deposit and betting activity
Links Tab
- Affiliate link builder tool
- Generate tracking URLs (optionally targeting a pre-created Landing Page)
Postbacks Tab
- Configure a postback per event type (registration, FTD, deposit (2nd or later), withdrawal, manual withdrawal, confiscation) to notify the affiliate's own system when that event occurs
- For each event you set the destination URL, the request method (GET or POST), query parameters, headers, the body format (None, JSON, or form-encoded), and which fields are required
- Preview each postback with a test send, and open View Logs to see the delivery history
- See Postbacks & Conversion Tracking for full details
Settings Tab
- API Key Management — regenerate the affiliate's API key (shown once)
- Scaleo Pull Settings — enable Scaleo pulling and set the Scaleo API token (a token must be configured before pulling can be enabled)
- Danger Zone — Terminate the affiliate

Note: changing the affiliate's status (Approve / Suspend / Reactivate) is done with the buttons at the top of the page, not in this tab.
Landing Pages

Affiliates → Landing Pages manages pre-created landing pages that affiliates can target when generating tracking links (in the Links tab's link builder).
Each landing page has:
- Name — a label for the landing page
- URL — the destination the tracking link points to
- Description — optional notes
- Brand — each landing page belongs to a single brand
- Active flag — inactive landing pages are not offered in the link builder
- Affiliate access — landing pages support per-affiliate access control, so you can restrict which affiliates may use a given landing page
When an affiliate builds a tracking link they can select an available landing page; the link then routes players to that page while still attributing the referral.
Best Practices
- Review pending affiliates promptly to maintain good relationships
- Monitor affiliate performance regularly for fraud detection
- Set appropriate commission plans based on affiliate quality
- Keep affiliate contact information up to date
