Freebets
Freebet templates let you offer VeliSports sportsbook freebets to players. A freebet template links a provider campaign to a per-currency freebet amount, and can be granted directly or awarded as a campaign reward.
Accessing Freebet Templates
- Click Freebets in the sidebar navigation (the page is titled Freebet Templates)
- Select a brand — freebet templates are configured per brand, so the currencies you can set amounts for follow that brand
- Click Create Template
The list shows each template's currency, linked provider campaign, claim method, validity, provider availability, and Active/Inactive status. Header cards summarize the total, active, and inactive template counts.
Creating a Freebet Template
A freebet template packages a VeliSports provider campaign together with the amounts and player-facing copy for a brand, so the same offer can be granted directly or reused as a campaign reward without re-entering the provider details each time.
The create/edit modal has two tabs: Settings and Content.
Settings

Content
The Content tab holds the player-facing translations — Title, Subtitle, Description, and the Call To Action (CTA) button text for claim and play — as per-language values.
Freebet amounts are configured per currency. At grant time the player's currency selects the matching amount, so configure an amount for every currency your brand grants in — a currency with no configured amount cannot be granted.
Managing Freebet Templates
Each row in the list has these actions:
- Check provider availability — confirm the linked campaign is still live at VeliSports, so grants keep working after a campaign is removed or disabled on the provider side. The result is shown as an availability badge (available, not found, check failed, or not yet checked)
- Duplicate — clone the template as a new one, prefilled and ready to adjust
- Activate / Deactivate — toggle the template's Active status
- Edit — change the template's Settings and Content. Currency and Provider Campaign are set at creation and stay fixed for the life of the template; to offer the freebet with a different currency or campaign, use Duplicate to start a new template from this one
- Delete — remove the template
Freebets as a Campaign Reward
A freebet template can be attached to a campaign as a Freebet reward type. When added to a campaign reward, you can override the per-currency amount, and optionally override the claim method and claim period for that grant. See Campaigns.
Freebet Status
A granted player freebet moves through these statuses:
