Dashboard
The Dashboard entry currently shows a "Coming soon" placeholder: a single screen headed Dashboard that reads "Coming soon — the operator activity overview lives here. For now, pick a section from the sidebar to get started." You reach it by clicking the Atlas wordmark in the sidebar header.
The at-a-glance analytics live on the Reports > Overview page. Everything below points you at Overview and the rest of the Reports suite so you can find each figure quickly.
Opening Reports in the sidebar lands you on Reports > Overview, the operator activity overview. The Dashboard entry itself remains a "Coming soon" placeholder.
Where the analytics live: Reports > Overview
The Overview report is the operator's at-a-glance view. Set a date range in the header and use Refresh to re-query so the figures reflect your chosen period.
Header controls
- Date range picker — presets are Last 12 Months, Today (default), Yesterday, This Week, Last Week, This Month, and Last Month, plus a custom range. The picker applies on selection so the page updates without a separate Apply step.
- All Countries filter — narrows every figure and chart to one or more countries.
- All Sources filter — narrows the view to specific acquisition sources.
- Customize metrics — toggles the metric picker so you can tailor which cards appear (see below).
- CSV — exports the current view for offline analysis or sharing.
- Refresh — re-queries the current range with the latest figures.
Selected filters appear as removable chips beneath the header, so you can see and clear each active filter at a glance.
A Key Performance Indicator (KPI) summarizes performance against an objective.
KPI cards
The Overview opens with four pinned KPI cards followed by a customizable grid. Each card shows a value, a sparkline, and a percent delta versus the previous period so you can read the trend at a glance.
The four pinned cards are:
Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR) is total bets minus total wins before bonus costs. On the Overview report, Net Gaming Revenue (NGR) is real-money GGR plus confiscations, minus manual top-ups and bonus cost.
A First-Time Deposit (FTD) is a Player's first successful deposit.

The customizable grid adds four more cards by default:

Return To Player (RTP) is the percentage of stakes paid back to Players as winnings; the Payout % tile calculates wins divided by bets for the selected period. Average Revenue Per Paying User (ARPPU) is NGR divided by the number of Players who deposited during the selected period.
Use Customize metrics to add or remove further tiles — for example Total GGR, Payout % based on Return To Player (RTP), Bonus Cost, Net Deposits, First-Time Deposit (FTD) Volume, Average Revenue Per Paying User (ARPPU), and Registrations. The layout saves per brand, so each brand keeps the card set you arrange for it.
All monetary figures are shown in the operator's reporting currency, which can differ from a brand's default currency.
Charts
- Daily Revenue Trend — a time-series chart plotting GGR and NGR across the selected range, with a previous-period comparison line so you can see period-over-period movement.
- Revenue by Country — a horizontal bar chart; clicking a bar filters the whole page by that country.
- Revenue by Provider — a horizontal bar chart ranking revenue across game providers.
Deposit-versus-withdrawal detail lives in the Payments report, which splits activity across its Deposits and Withdrawals tabs.
Retention lives in its own report
Retention has a dedicated report page — a cohort retention heatmap (D1 / D7 / D14 / D30 / D60 / D90 by first-deposit (FTD) cohort, with Daily / Weekly / Monthly grouping) that tracks how each cohort returns after its first deposit. See Reports Overview.
Top games live in the Game Activity report
Top games live in the Game Activity report, which ranks games by GGR (default), bet count, total bets, total wins, RTP, and the real-money versus bonus-money split, with a Top 10 / 20 / 50 / 100 selector. See Reports Overview.
Data source & freshness
Report figures reflect ingested analytics and can lag live activity by a short time, so they may trail the very latest wallet operations. Use Refresh to re-query and pull the most recent figures.
Troubleshooting
Data not loading
- Confirm a date range is selected.
- Click Refresh.
- Verify the date range covers the period you expect.
Metrics look wrong
- Verify the selected date range and any active country or source filters.
- Remember figures reflect ingested analytics and can lag live activity by a short time.
